The deep passion of my heart and the single purpose of my life is to see others achieve their God given best with their lives. The role I fill as the Executive Pastor of a great church allows me the opportunity to fulfill my passion and purpose on a daily basis by investing in the lives of those I serve. Seeing them grow personally, professionally, and spiritually is gratifying. The long term benefit the church experiences when its’ leaders grow, results in the way ministry expands both qualitatively and quantitatively, culminating in more and more people achieving their God given best with their lives. As I see it, when ministry leaders grow - ministry grows, when ministries grow - people grow, when people grow - the church grows, when the church grows - God is glorified.
